A building designed to showcase a diverse collection of cultural cookware found throughout Chicago.

During the day, visitors can explore, inspect, and test these items. At night, the space transforms into a test kitchen, where companies and restaurants can experiment with new recipes and gauge their popularity by selling them to pedestrians walking along Lawrence Avenue.
